Please allow 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-7 business days after the order ships. Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777. We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made items. We do not accept returns of other items, however if you are unhappy with item we will exchange it for item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receiving item. You will be responsible for paying shipping of return item and shipping of new item. If items are defective or damaged you must notify us and return item within 3 days of receiving it. We will remake them and ship them to you at no cost once we have received the damaged or defective item.
